Furniture Transportation
- Furniture should be transported wrapped and in a closed vehicle
- When loading and unloading furniture, it is forbidden to lift wrapped furniture by the reinforcements, move them by rolling, dragging on the ground and/or throwing
- Furniture must be moved, observing the graphic symbol on the packaging - "top" or grasping the object from the bottom. Large and heavy objects must be moved by multiple lifters at once
Furniture Assembly
- Disassembled furniture must be assembled according to the attached assembly diagram or instruction
- When opening the furniture packaging, check if all parts are present and undamaged (before assembling the items)
- Furniture is intended to be placed on a straight and level floor. The furniture leg height adjustment option is intended for leveling the uneven floor (if it is incorporated into the relevant furniture legs)
- To move the assembled furniture in the room, it must be lifted from the bottom and carried to the required place (except for furniture on wheels)
Furniture Use
- Furniture should be used for its intended purposes
- Furniture should be kept and used in dry, heated rooms with an air temperature of +10°C to +30°C and relative air humidity from 40% to 65%
- Furniture should not be placed against damp and cold walls and near direct heating bodies
- Furniture should be protected from direct sunlight - it can change the color and appearance of the furniture, surfaces can unevenly fade, mirrors lose brightness, etc.
- Heavy objects should not be placed on furniture shelves and in drawers, no additional weights should be attached to the doors.
- Hot objects can only be placed on heat-resistant bases. If liquid is spilled on the furniture, it should be immediately collected with a clean and soft cloth
- If the furniture connections, which are used with tension, screws or nuts loosen, they should be tightened after some time
- When using furniture on an uneven floor, damage can occur (twisting, cracking, drawer and door mechanisms can stop working, etc.)
Furniture Care
- Dusting should be done:
- from varnished, painted or natural leather surfaces with a dry soft cloth;
- from decorative plastic, melamine (laminate) or artificial leather surfaces with a wet cloth;
- from fabric surfaces with a vacuum cleaner or brush;
- from varnished/painted wood surfaces with a soft cloth dampened in lukewarm water (to which a little dishwashing detergent has been added)
- Very dirty surfaces of wood can be washed with window cleaning products that do not contain alcohol. After cleaning, the surfaces should be thoroughly dried
- It is forbidden to use acetone and other strong solvents as well as mixtures that contain abrasive substances for furniture cleaning
- It is not recommended to use natural and synthetic waxes and agents that contain silicone oils from the furniture cleaning products available for sale. When using them, it is not possible to repair minor damage that has occurred during the use of furniture.
Manufacturer's Warranty
- The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the furniture to match the sample and current requirements, if the buyer follows these instructions, recommendations, and requirements (about room temperature and humidity regime, floor levelness, direct sunlight, etc.)
- Mechanical damages are not considered as furniture defects
Terms of technical maintenance:
- Only specialized personnel are allowed to repair office chairs that involves the replacement of mechanical parts and shock absorbers.
